The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority has awarded a 15-year contract to Creative Food Group LLC for the concessions at Syracuse Hancock International (SYR).
The company and its subtenants, Paradies and Local Food Concepts LLC, will operate 15,000 square feet of concessions space. Paradies will operate New York Times bookstore, CNBC SmartShop, Tech for Takeoff and Say Si Bon! gourmet market. Creative and Local Food Concepts will operate Johnny Rockets, Brioche Doree, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jamba Juice, two Market Express locations and local brew pub Middle Ages Brewing Co.
“We are very excited about the opportunity for Creative Food Group and its partners at Syracuse Hancock International Airport,” says Altaf (Ali) Isani, president of Creative Food Group, a minority-owned and -operated company. “We look forward to bringing an excellent mix of brands and making Syracuse a showcase for Creative Food Group.”

Christina R. Callahan, commissioner of aviation, congratulated Creative Food Group for being chosen to operate the concessions.
“We look forward to offering our customers the new concepts and products Creative Food Group is bringing to Syracuse Hancock International Airport,” she says.
Creative Food Group will begin operating at SYR on April 1.
